摘要
以豫机城际铁路一标12.8 m超大直径泥水盾构隧道为依托,根据该工程所使用盾构机的刀盘配置情况及工程环境情况,对盾构刀具在盾构机主要穿越的粉质黏土地层中的磨损规律进行研究。通过对开仓换刀期间刀具磨损量的实测数据进行总结分析,对比边缘滚刀及正面面板的轴式齿刀不同轨迹半径的磨损程度,提出了盾构刀具在粉质黏土地层中的磨损量估算方法及计算出了磨损系数,并以此参数通过计算对后续刀具磨损量进行估算,在后续开仓换刀过程中进行了验证。结果表明,盾构法隧道刀盘刀具磨损在同种地层下的磨损量可通过磨损系数近似计算,可以此来推断刀具磨损情况及视情况采取开仓换刀措施,以期为后续类似工程提供参考。
This study is based on the 12.8 m large diameter slurry shield tunnel of Yu-Ji intercity railway 1-bid.According to the configuration of the cutter head of the shield machine used in the project and the engineering environment,the wear law of the shield cutter in the silty clay stratum which the shield machine mainly traversed was studied.By summarizing and analyzing the measured data of tool wear during replacing cutters with cabin opening,and comparing the wear degree of gauge disc cutters and axial gear cutters of front panel with different track radius,this study put forward the estimation method of shield tool wear in silty clay layer and calculated the wearing coefficient,and estimated the subsequent tool wear by calculation with the parameter.The verification was carried out in the following process of replacing cutters with cabin opening.The results show that the wear amount of shield tunnel cutter wear under the same stratum can be approximated by the wearing coefficient,which can be used to infer the tool wear situation and take the replacing cutters with cabin opening measures according to the situation,in order to provide reference for the subsequent similar projects.
