盾构隧道基岩起伏凸起段施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 盾构区间基岩起伏凸起对城市轨道交通施工带来巨大风险,如何规避此类地层给施工所带来的重大风险已成为当前城市轨道交通施工急需解决的问题。以大朗站~湿地公园站区间为依托,对不同施工方案进行质量控制、进度控制、成本控制及安全管理(“三控一管理”)的比选,确定深孔控制爆破+袖阀管注浆预处理施工工艺,并对已确定的施工方法要点进行研究,处理后的基岩满足盾构机掘进条件。该方案在确保施工安全的前提下节省成本约265万元,减少工期45 d,提高质量,取得良好的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。 The bedrock protrusion of the shield section brings huge risks to the construction of urban rail transit.How to avoid the major risks brought by such stratum to the construction has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current urban rail transit construction.Relying on the section from Dalang Station to Wetland Park Station,the construction process of deep hole controlled blasting plus sleeve valve pipe grouting pretreatment is determined,through comparing different construction plans from four aspects,namely,the quality control,schedule control,cost control and safety management(referred to as three control one management).Furthermore,the key points of the determined construction method are studied,and the treated bedrock meets the tunneling conditions of shield machine.This program saves about 2.65 million Yuan,reduces the construction period by 45 days,and improves the quality on the premise of ensuring construction safety,which achieves good social,economic and environmental benefits.
