砌体结构配电箱体及进出线管免剔凿施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 建筑室内配电箱体及进出线管在砌体结构墙体处传统施工基本采用“先砌筑后开槽”的施工工艺,此工艺不但影响砌体结构整体稳定性,易发生质量通病,且产生大量建筑固废,不利于环保,并造成人工、材料浪费较大。针对该施工工艺存在的诸多问题,本文研究了一种砌体结构配电箱体及进出线管免剔凿施工技术,此技术包含基于BIM的二次结构排砖技术、建筑固废回收制造U型砌块技术和U型砌块装配式施工技术;通过三方面技术组合应用,有效解决了传统工艺的诸多缺陷,提升了工程质量,减少了施工工序,节省了施工工期,降低了施工成本,减少了建筑固废的产生,实现绿色建造,获得了较好的社会效益和经济效益,为同类或类似工程建设提供参考。 The traditional construction of the indoor power distribution box body and the inlet and outlet pipelines in the masonry structure wall basically adopts the construction technology of“building first and then slotting”.This technology not only affects the overall stability of the masonry structure,but also is prone to quality problems,and generates a large number of solid waste of buildings,which is not conducive to environmental protection,and causes great waste of manpower and materials.In view of the problems existing in the construction technology,this paper studies a kind of construction technology of the power distribution box body of masonry structure and the inlet and outlet pipelines without chiseling.This technology includes the secondary structure brick arrangement technology based on BIM,the construction solid waste recycling and manufacturing of U-shaped block technology and the assembly construction technology of U-shaped block.Through the combined application of the three technologies,many defects of the traditional process are effectively solved,the quality of the project is improved,the construction process is reduced,the construction period is saved,the construction cost is cut down,the generation of solid waste of buildings is reduced,the green construction is realized,and good social and economic benefits are obtained,which provides reference for the construction of similar projects.
