基于EBIM云平台的预制装配式建筑施工管理研究 被引量:5

摘要 相比于传统的现浇模式,预制装配化建筑构件种类多、数量多,安装精确度要求高,施工过程中要依托更为严密的预制构件施工信息动态管理。本文基于绍兴越城区曲屯1号地块预制装配式房建项目,建立了装配式剪力墙结构多专业的EBIM协同平台,实现项目在施工阶段中的进度管理、质量管理、综合管线信息化管理以及二维码管理。研究表明,EBIM协同平台赋予虚拟模型于大量的施工过程数据,将信息与模型相统一,实现参建各方在同一平台上高效协同工作,可实现进度管理的动态纠偏,质量管理的精细化,综合管线的可视化和二维码的集成,研究成果可为预制装配式建筑的施工提供更全面的判断和决策。 Compared with the traditional cast-in-place mode,prefabricated assembly building components have many types and quantities,and the requirements for installation accuracy are high.There should be more rigorous dynamic management of prefabricated component construction information in the construction process.Relying on the prefabricated construction project of Qutun No.1 plot in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing,this paper establishes a multi-disciplinary EBIM cooperation platform of prefabricated shear wall structure to realize the project progress management,quality management,comprehensive pipeline information management and QR code management in the construction stage.The research shows that the EBIM collaboration platform associates the construction process information with the model object,realizes the integration,management,analysis and sharing of massive information in the project construction stage,provides an efficient information communication and collaborative work platform for all participants,and can realize the dynamic correction of progress management,the refinement of quality management,the visualization of integrated pipeline and the dynamic tracking of QR code.The research results can provide more comprehensive judgment and decision-making for the construction of prefabricated buildings.
