摘要 针对传统建造方法的不足,BIM技术促进了建筑业生产方式的改变,但受国内建造环境和建造模式的影响,BIM技术在施工中的大面积应用尚未达到成熟环境,需要积累更多的集成化的BIM施工工作流程案例。依托昆明市官渡区人民医院迁建项目,研究BIM技术在其施工过程中的应用情况。研究表明:BIM技术克服了平面图纸的错误、遗漏、碰撞和冲突问题,准确而全面地展示碰撞问题;BIM技术实现了施工现场的3D模型的建立,也实现了智能自动计算临建工程量;在BIM三维模型的基础上,与时间信息整合形成4D模型,实现可视化施工模拟,精确地反映整个建筑的施工过程;BIM可通过WEB端、移动端对资料上传、浏览、分类、定位和管理,利用工程资料管理功能关联模型,从而减少因沟通和衔接不当带来的问题。 In view of traditional construction shortages,BIM technology has advanced the production mode in the construction industry.However,affected by the domestic construction environment and construction mode,the large-scale application of BIM technology in construction has not reached the mature environment,more integrated BIM construction cases need to be accumulated.Based on the relocation project of Guandu District People’s Hospital in Kunming,the application of BIM technology in the construction process was studied.The research shows that BIM technology overcomes the problems of error,omission,collision and lack of two-dimensional drawings,and can intuitively and accurately display the collision problem;BIM technology realizes the establishment of 3D model of construction site and intelligent automatic calculation of temporary construction quantities;based on the BIM three-dimensional model,the 4D model is integrated with time to realize visual construction simulation and accurately reflect the construction process of the whole building;BIM can upload,browse,classify,locate and manage data through web and mobile terminals,so as to reduce problems caused by improper communication and connection.
