PVP调控纳米立方银制备及自组装应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 形状规则的金属纳米粒子具有特殊的性能,在微电子、催化、信息存储、生物标记、传感、光吸收和光电转换等方面得到广泛应用。设计开发出有效的方法制备出单分散的、具有规则形状和可控尺寸的金属纳米结构是当前领域的研究热点。采用多元醇还原法在液相中制备出了立方体产率高、尺寸均一的单分散性纳米立方银粒子。通过调整PVP和NaHS的浓度、反应温度和时间,探究其对纳米立方银产物的尺寸和形貌的影响。利用纳米立方银颗粒的自组装特性,可以实现纳米立方银颗粒的紧密排列。经焊接后形成的接头界面间结合良好,孔隙率约为10%,剪切强度为25 MPa。 Metal nanoparticles with regulated shapes have broad application in microelectronics,catalysis,information storage,biomarkers,sensing,light absorption and photoelectric conversion because of the special optical and electrical properties.Many studies focus on the design and development of metal nanostructures with monodisperse,regular shapes and controllable sizes.In this work,monodisperse Ag nanocubes with high cubic yield and uniform size were prepared through an ethanediol-involved reduction method.The major variables including the concentration of PVP and NaHS,the environment temperature and reaction time were studied to tune the size and morphology of Ag nanocubes.Ag nanocubes are closely packed by the self-assembly process.The connection between the direct bonded copper substrate and the silicon chip reaches a strong adhesion after welding.The porosity and shear strength of the connecting interface is about 10%and 25 MPa,respectively.
