摘要
研究以烹饪原料学课程为例,分析混合式教学改革的必要性,对烹饪原料学课程在学习通平台上进行混合式教学的设计及实践进行探究,并针对存在的问题提出改进策略,以期提高教学效果和促进教学改革。
This study,taking"Cooking Material Science"as an example,analyzes the necessity of blended teaching reform,explores the design and practice of blended teaching of"Cooking Material Science"on the Learning Master platform,and puts forward improvement strategies for the existing problems.The purpose of the study is to improve teaching effect and promote teaching reform.
