摘要
文章探讨针对医学专业本科生开设的循证医学课程中的证据分类这一教学内容的改革。证据分类是循证医学课程中的重要基础内容,但现存的教科书中,这部分内容都较为概括和抽象,而在修习这门课程时多数学生尚未学习过涉及研究设计方案的流行病学,因此同学们常常表现出理解困难的现象。我们在循证医学的证据分类教学中,扩展了证据分类的内容,通过案例介绍基于研究设计方法的证据分类,包括随机对照试验、队列研究、病例对照研究、横断面调查、诊断实验研究、Meta分析、系统评价,内容涉及研究设计方案、数据分析方法、结果的解读和证据真实性评价等内容,增进了学生们的理解,并为随后证据评价中证据分级、证据真实性评价的教学打下基础。
.When studying this course,most students have not studied epidemiology involving research designs,and it is hard for them to understand this content.In the teaching of evidence classification,we expanded the content of evidence classification introducing research design-based evidence classification,which includes research designs,data analysis methods,interpretation of results for the following research through simulations:randomized controlled trials,cohort studies,case-control studies,cross-sectional surveys,diagnostic test accuracy studies,meta-analysis and systematic reviews with brief introduction of evidence validity evaluation.It lays a foundation for the teaching of evidence pyramid and evidence validity evaluation in the follow-up teaching activities.
