摘要
钢渣因成分波动大、易磨性差、稳定性差等原因,导致其用于水泥熟料烧成技术没有得到广泛推广。本文结合公司对铁质原料的需求,开展钢渣在水泥生产中的应用研究,从钢渣优选、生料易烧性分析、熟料性能研究入手,改善水泥熟料质量,提高钢渣在水泥生产中的综合利用率。
Steel slag has not been widely used in cement clinker sintering technology due to its large composition fluctuation, poor grindability and poor stability. This article combines the company’s demand of ferriferous raw materials, to improve cement quality and increase the steel slag dosage, by the research on the application of steel slag in cement production, from steel slag optimization, raw meal burnability analysis and clinker performance research.
