变形 Weibull分布的可靠度和极大似然估计

摘要 建立了应力强度模型,应用极大似然估计法和牛顿迭代法导出了变形Weibull分布的可靠度估计值,利用信息矩阵导出了可靠度的置信区间。通过模拟实验及结果得出以下结论:可靠度估值与样本容量存在一定的关系,样本容量越大,可靠度的估计值就越接近真实值,置信区间越小,风险就越低。 The stress-strength model is established,the reliability estimation of transmuted Weibull distribution is obtained by using maximum likelihood estimation method and Newton iteration method,and the confidence interval of reliability is calculated by using information matrix.The following conclusions are obtained by simulation experiment and results:the reliability estimation has a certain relationship with the sample size,with the increase of the sample size,the reliability estimation is closer to the real value,the confidence interval is smaller and the risk is lower.
