摘要
目的探讨循证护理干预联合个性化健康教育对改善急性胰腺炎患者护理效果的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年8月于广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院接受治疗的88例急性胰腺炎患者,采用信封随机法分为对照组(44例)和观察组(44例)。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,观察组患者接受循证护理干预联合个性化健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的心理情绪、自我管理能力和疾病知识知晓情况,以及干预过程中的并发症发生情况。结果干预2周后,两组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著低于同组干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的SDS和SAS评分均显著低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预2周后,两组的自我管理能力和疾病知识知晓评分均显著高于同组干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组的上述评分均显著高于对照组(P值均<0.05)。干预过程中,观察组的并发症发生率为4.55%,显著低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预联合个性化健康宣教不仅能够有效改善急性胰腺炎患者的不良情绪,提高其自我管理能力和疾病知识的知晓程度,还能降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing intervention combined with personalized health education on improving the nursing effect of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated at Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(44 cases)and an observation group(44 cases)by envelope randomization.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention combined with personalized health education.The psychological emotions,self-management ability,awareness of disease knowledge before and after the intervention,and the incidence of complications during the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).After 2 weeks of intervention,the scores of self-management ability and disease knowledge awareness of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group before the intervention(all P<0.05),and the above scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.05).During the intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%,which was significantly lower than 18.18%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing intervention combined with personalized health education can not only effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with acute pancreatitis,improve their self-management ability and disease knowledge awareness,but also reduce the incidence of complications.
