Appearance and presence of traditional Chinese medicine:multi-angle analysis of traditional Chinese medicine content in“Xinwen Lianbo”during COVID-19 pandemic

文章通过对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间《新闻联播》中医药内容的多角度分析,得出如下结论:病例变化数方面,《新闻联播》中医药时长和内容与病例变化数有强相关性,体现了国家层面对中医药在疫病治疗方面的关注与肯定;发展脉络的横纵向方面,中医药在COVID-19治疗中从出场到在场的稳健转变,用其医疗实力证明了自身的价值和作用;多模态话语方面,从再现、互动和构图意义体现出不同人群对中医药的信任与肯定,充分证实中医药在疫情期间的救治卓有成效。

Based on a multi-angle analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)content in“Xinwen Lianbo”during COVID-19 pandemic,this paper draws the following conclusions:in terms of the number of changes in cases,the length and content of TCM in“Xinwen Lianbo”are strongly correlated with the number of changes in cases,which reflects the attention and affirmation of TCM in the treatment of epidemic diseases at the national level;in the horizontal and vertical aspects of development,TCM has proven its value and role in the treatment of COVID-19 through its steady transformation from appearance to presence.In terms of multimodal discourse,the significance of reproduction,interaction and composition reflects the trust and affirmation of different groups of people to TCM,which fully confirms the effective treatment of TCM during the epidemic period.
