摘要
铁路设备机房由于其特殊性,使得现在市场中广泛流行的防震支座无法直接应用。文章先通过分析其特殊性,提出了地面整体性、分散性与上挂式三种适用性设计方案,后通过优劣势、经济性分析,确定了分散性方案更具有深入研究价值。以分散性方案为主要研究方向,围绕防震支座应具有的四个关键因素,设计了防震支座。防震支座由上面板、轨道式水平位移吸收层、阻尼弹簧式竖直位移吸收层构成,能够起到支承设备、吸收震动所带来的位移的作用。
Due to the particularity of the railway equipment room,the widely popular shock-proof bearings in the current market cannot be directly applied.This paper firstly analyzes its particularity and proposes three applicable design schemes:ground integrity,decentralization,and top-mounted design.Then,through analysis of advantages and disadvantages and economics,it is determined that the decentralized scheme has more in-depth research value.Taking the dispersion scheme as the main research direction,around the four key factors that the shockproof bearing should have,the shockproof bearing is designed.The shockproof bearing is composed of the upper panel,the rail horizontal displacement absorption layer and the damping spring vertical displacement absorption layer,which can support the equipment and absorb the displacement caused by vibration.
