摘要
目的了解公立医院护士医患关系感知现状,探讨医患关系感知对工作投入的影响机制。方法2020年10-12月便利抽样选取四川自贡市7家三级公立医院护士747名为研究对象,采用医患关系量表、工作投入量表和工作绩效量表对其进行调查和统计分析。结果37.35%(468名)调查对象医患关系感知得分均值≥3;公立医院护士医患关系感知与工作投入(r=-0.286,P<0.01)、工作绩效(r=-0.186,P<0.01)呈负相关;工作投入在护士医患关系感知与工作绩效之间起部分中介作用(P=0.021)。结论公立医院护士医患关系感知整体较为良好,但仍有部分护士对目前的医患关系有一定程度的紧张和担忧;护士医患关系感知在直接作用于工作绩效的同时,还通过工作投入影响工作绩效。
Objective To understand the nurses’perception of doctor-patient relationship in public hospitals and explore the influence mechanism of this perception on job engagement.Methods By convenience sampling method,the nurses from 7 tertiary public hospitals in Sichuan Province from October to December 2020 were selected and investigated by doctor-patient relationship scale,work engagement scale and job performance scale.Results About 37.35%of the respondents’average score of doctor-patient relationship perception was greater than or equal to 3.Nurses’perception of doctor-patient relationship in public hospitals was significantly negatively correlated with job engagement(r=-0.286,P<0.01)and job performance(r=-0.186,P<0.01).Job engagement played a partial mediating role between nurses’perception of doctor-patient relationship and job performance(P=0.021).Conclusions The perception of doctor-patient relationship of nurses in public hospitals was generally good,but there were still quite a number of nurses who were nervous and worried about the current doctor-patient relationship.Nurses’perception of doctor-patient relationship not only directly affects job performance,but also affects job performance through job engagement.
