骨肿瘤患者医疗风险感知现状及其影响因素分析

Medical Risk Perception in Bone Tumor Patients and Its Correlates

目的探讨骨肿瘤患者医疗风险感知现状及其影响因素。方法2020年9月至2021年2月,采用便利抽样法选取在广西某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院住院治疗的120例骨肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用医疗风险感知问卷、维克森林医师信任量表中文修订版、健康素养量表对其进行调查。结果骨肿瘤患者医疗风感知得分为(40.28±7.64)分,医师信任得分(41.55±5.93)分,健康素养得分(98.23±10.21)分。医师信任及健康素养与医疗风险感知呈负相关(P<0.01)。逐步回归分析显示,肿瘤部位、医师技术、经济支持意愿是患者医疗风险感知的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论骨肿瘤患者医疗风险感知水平较高,且受多种因素影响,医护人员应采取针对性干预,措施提高患者医师信任度及健康素养水平,帮助患者形成适当的医疗风险感知,做出积极的应对方式。

Objective To explore the perception of medical risk in patients with bone tumor and its influencing factors.Methods From September 2020 to February 2021,120 patients with bone tumor in a cancer hospital were selected by the convenience sampling method.The medical risk perception questionnaire,Chinese version of Wake Forest Physician Trust Scale and Health Literacy Management Scale were used for investigation.Results Bone tumor patients scored(40.28±7.64)points in medical risk perception,(41.55±5.93)points in the physician trust,(98.23±10.21)points in health literacy.Medical risk perception was positively correlated with the physician trust and health literacy(P<0.01).Stepwise regression analysis showed that tumor site,medical technology and financial support were the influence factors of bone tumor patient medical risk perception(P<0.05).Conclusions The perception level of medical risk in patients with bone tumor is high,with multiple influencing factors.Medical staff should formulate targeted intervention,improve the level of doctor-patient trust and patients with health literacy,help patients to form appropriate medical risk perception and make positive coping styles.
