摘要 在中国石化洛阳分公司第2套重整装置和第1套芳烃抽提装置运行过程中,针对前者的生成油量超过了后者加工能力的问题,采取恢复后者闲置的脱戊烷塔运行且增设塔顶、塔底管线,增加异构化轻烃回炼流程,检修苯抽提蒸馏脱C_(6)塔等措施,对其进行改造与优化调整。结果表明:在第2套重整装置负荷为110 t/h的情况下,与改造前相比,改造后第1套抽提装置的重整生成油流量,以及苯抽提蒸馏脱C_(6)塔工加工能力分别提高了12,10 t/h;抽余油质量达到设计要求,经石油醚加氢装置后生产出合格产品;在重整生成油流量为94 t/h,改造后石油醚加氢装置每月运行12 d的条件下,相比第2套抽提装置,第1套燃料动力消耗费用降低127万元/月。 During the operation of the second reforming unit and the first aromatics extraction unit in Luoyang Branch of SINOPEC,the amount of oil generated by the former had exceeded the processing capacity of the latter.To solve this problem,the first aromatics extraction unit was revamped and optimized by utilizing its idle depentane tower,adding pipelines on top and bottom of the tower,adding recycle process of isomerized light hydrocarbon and maintaining the benzene extraction distillation C_(6) tower.The results showed that when the capacity of the second reforming unit was 110 t/h,and compared with that of before revamping,the reforming produces oil flow and the processing capability of benzene extraction distillation C_(6) tower were increased by 12,10 t/h,respectively.The quality of the raffinate oil had reached the design requirements,and qualified products were produced after petroleum ether hydrogenation unit.Compared with the second aromatics extraction unit,the fuel power consumption costs of the first one had decreased by 1.27 million yuan/month under the conditions of the reformate flow of 94 t/h and the petroleum ether hydrogenation unit running for 12 d/month after revamping.
