摘要
针对中国石油独山子石化公司100万t/a乙烯裂解装置运行情况,利用SPYRO乙烯裂解模拟软件建立了裂解炉模型,并以此为依据,对原料性价比与装置运行工况进行了模拟。结果表明:当石脑油终馏点由190℃提高到195℃时,乙烯、丙烯和三烯(乙烯、丙烯和丁二烯)平均收率依次降低0.14%,0.16%,0.35%;当加氢尾油芳烃指数大于13时,模拟乙烯、双烯(乙烯和丙烯)收率降幅增加;随着稳定烃在石脑油中掺炼质量分数增加,二者共裂解协同效应降低,因此,在满足工业生产前提下,尽量选择单独裂解方式。
Targeting at the operation of a 1 Mt/a ethylene cracking unit of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,the model of cracking furnace was established by SPYRO ethylene cracking simulation software.The cost performance of raw materials and the operating conditions of unit were simulated.The results showed that when the final distillation point of naphtha was increased from 190℃to 195℃,the average yields of simulated ethylene,propylene and triene(ethylene,propylene and butadiene)had decreased by 0.14%,0.16%and 0.35%respectively;the yield declines of simulated ethylene and diene(ethylene and propylene)were increased when the aromatics index of hydrogenated tail oil was more than 13.As the mass fraction of stable hydrocarbon in naphtha feedstock increased,their synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis decreased.Therefore,under the premise of meeting industrial production,separate cracking method should be selected as far as possible.
