液化气脱硫醇工艺安全隐患消除

Elimination of potential safety hazards in liquefied petroleum gas demercaptan unit

摘要 针对5万t/a焦化液化气脱硫醇装置存在的氧化尾气中非甲烷总烃质量浓度过高,以及后续溶剂反抽提设备与管线腐蚀的问题,采用高效氧化技术对碱液氧化装置原三相混合氧化工艺进行了改造。结果表明:装置改造后,消除了因尾气中非甲烷总烃质量浓度高而带来的安全隐患,改善了再生碱液质量,解决了石脑油管线腐蚀问题;另外,尾气中非甲烷总烃质量浓度降幅达到95.1%,空气风流量降幅达到71.4%。 Aiming at the problems of excessive mass concentration of total non-methane hydrocarbon(NMHC)in oxidation tail gas and the corrosion of subsequent solvent back extraction equipment and pipeline in a 50 kt/a coking liquefied petroleum gas demercaptan unit,the original tri-phase mixed oxidation process of caustic oxidation unit was revamped by the high efficient oxidation technology.The results showed that after revamping the unit,the potential safety hazards caused by the high mass concentration of NMHC in the tail gas were eliminated,the quality of regenerated caustic was improved,and the corrosion problem of naphtha pipeline was solved.In addition,the mass concentration of NMHC in tail gas was decreased by 95.1%,and the air flow rate had decreased by 71.4%.
