摘要
在大型化工装置中,在线过程分析采样系统常用来测量关键流路的工艺介质组分、物性和化学特性,以监控工艺装置的稳定、健康运行状况。针对在线过程分析采样系统的结构和特点,结合相关的国内外标准和工程设计经验,介绍了在线过程分析采样系统的流程和分工特点、取样点的位置及取样探头型式,并对分析采样系统关键环节的设计要点进行了梳理和介绍,有利于工程设计中在线过程分析采样系统的设计和应用。
In large-scale chemical installation,sampling system of on-line process analysis is often used to measure the media composition,physical and chemical properties for the key flow to monitor the stable and healthy operation condition of process installation.Aming at the structure and characteristics of sampling system of on-line process analysis,combining the relative domestic and overseas standards and engineering design experience,the process and characteristics of division of the work,sampling point position and the type of sampling probe of sampling system of on-line process analysis are introduced.The key design point of the core link of sampling system of analysis are teased and introduced,which is favorable to the design and application of sampling system of on-line process analysis in engineering design.
