以某1.8 Mt/a乙二醇项目数字化交付为例,概述了数字化交付在煤化工设计过程中的交付范围、智能工艺流程图、智能模型、智能仪表等内容,同时阐述了数字化交付平台在项目实施过程中的数字化信息校验和信息移交,以及如何实现交付文件的分类归档与检索查阅。探索了数字化交付三维模型文件在工厂运维阶段的应用,为工厂全面实施数字化交付奠定了基础。

Taking the digital delivery of the 1.8 Mt/a ethylene glycol project as an example,the delivery range,smart process flowchart,intelligent model and intelligent instrument and so on of digital delivery in the design of the coal chemical are summarized.At the same time,the digital information verification and information delivery in the process of project implementation in the digital delivery platform are expounded.How to realize the classification,archiving and retrieval of delivery documents is also introduced.In addition,the application of the 3D model files of digital delivery in the operation and maintenance stage of the factory is explored,which lays a foundation for the implementation of digital delivery in the factory.
