箱涵式双向流道泵装置优化设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 箱涵式进出水流道能极方便地实现双向抽排水,便于管理,因此在需要防洪、灌溉、引水等多种功能的泵站中得到广泛使用。但双向流道泵装置效率低,尤其是出水流道水力损失占比较大,其内部流场较为紊乱,容易引起水泵的振动,危害泵装置的稳定运行。采用数值模拟的方法,针对南京某泵站双向进出水流道进行CFD数值模拟计算和优化设计,提高泵装置效率,改善流态,以确保泵装置高效、安全运行。结果表明,优化后的泵装置最优工况为流量Q=5.8 m^(3)/s,泵装置效率达到最高为72.07%,扬程H为3.10 m,相比最初方案,效率提高5.17%,扬程提高0.71 m。出水流道水力损失为48.43 cm,相对于优化前的59.2 cm,减小10.77 cm。在出水喇叭管直径一定的基础上,提高喇叭管的高度有助于导叶出口水流的扩散,降低出水口的流速,减小水力损失,对提高泵装置的效率起到关键的作用。本次优化设计可为同类泵站工程提供参考。 The box-culvert inlet and outlet channel can easily realize two-way pumping and drainage,which is also easy to manage.Therefore,it is widely used in pumping stations that require multiple functions such as flood control,irrigation,and water diversion.However,the efficiency of the two-way flow channel pump device is low,especially the hydraulic loss of the outlet channel is relatively large,and the internal flow field is relatively turbulent,which easily causes the vibration of the water pump and endangers the stable operation of the pump device.In this paper,numerical simulation method is used to carry out CFD numerical simulation calculation and optimization design for the two-way inlet and outlet flow channels of a pumping station in Nanjing,in order to improve the efficiency of the pump device and the flow pattern to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the pump device.The results show that the optimal working condition of the optimized pump device is flow rate Q=5.8 m^(3)/s,the pump device efficiency is up to 72.07%,and the head H is 3.10 m.Compared with the original scheme,the absolute value of efficiency is increased by 5.17%and the head is increased by 0.71m.the hydraulic loss of the outlet channel is 48.43cm,which is reduced by 10.77cm compared with 59.20cm before optimization.On the basis of a certain diameter of the water outlet horn tube,increasing the height of the horn tube helps the diffusion of the water flow at the outlet of the guide vane,reduces the flow rate of the water outlet and the hydraulic loss,and plays a key role in improving the efficiency of the pump device.This optimized design can provide a reference for similar pumping station projects.
