中小河道拟建涵洞对现状河底管线的影响性分析 被引量:1

摘要 河道因其流域范围大、走向不规则、宽窄不一、沿线建筑物多样等,对现存燃气管道等设施的影响不可忽视。针对河道中新建涵洞对现状燃气管道的影响,利用三维有限元软件进行计算分析,探讨新建涵洞对现状燃气管道位移(竖向位移、水平位移、差异沉降)及应力影响情况。结果表明,工程实施全阶段,现状燃气管道的竖向位移沉降值小于经验允许值15 mm,竖向位移的隆起值小于经验允许值10 mm,燃气管道水平位移小于经验允许值10 mm,并且燃气管道自身的差异沉降小于经验允许值3 mm/m,燃气管道应力值远小于管材抗拉强度极值,涵洞的建设实施对现状燃气管道的影响较小。 Due to the wide range of river basin,irregular trend,different width and width,and various buildings along the river,the impact on existing pipelines and other facilities cannot be ignored.In this paper,three-dimensional finite element software is used to calculate and analyze the influence of new culvert on the current gas pipeline,and the influence of new culvert on the displacement(vertical displacement,horizontal displacement,differential settlement)and stress of the current pipeline is discussed.The results show that in the whole stage of the project,the vertical displacement settlement value of the current pipeline is less than the empirical allowable value of 15 mm,the vertical displacement uplift value is less than the empirical allowable value of 10 mm,the horizontal displacement of the pipeline is less than the empirical allowable value of 10 mm,and the differential settlement of the pipeline itself is less than the empirical allowable value of 3 mm/m,the stress value of the pipeline is far less than the maximum tensile strength of the pipe,and the implementation effect of the design scheme is full Sufficient gas pipeline requirements for normal operation.
