摘要 N-myc下游调控基因2(N-myc downstream regulated gene 2,NDRG2)是NDRG家族成员,与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、应激反应和细胞迁移、侵袭等密切相关。NDRG2最早在神经系统中被发现,在脑和骨骼肌中高表达,但在乳腺癌、结直肠癌、胶质瘤、口腔鳞状细胞癌、黑色素瘤和淋巴瘤组织中低表达或无表达。NDRG2作为一种新的抑癌候选基因,在多种恶性肿瘤中以不同机制发挥抑制肿瘤生长的作用。本文就NDRG2在恶性肿瘤中作用机制的研究进展作一综述。 The N-myc downstream regulated gene 2(NDRG2)is a member of the NDRG family,whose functions are closely correlated with cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,stress response and cell migration and invasion.NDRG2 was first discovered in the nervous system and has been found to be highly expressed in the brain and skeletal muscle.However,NDRG2 is lowly or not expressed in several human cancers such as breast cancer,colorectal cancer,glioma,oral squamous cell carcinoma,melanoma,and lymphoma.NDRG2 is a novel tumor suppressor candidate gene,and plays a role in inhibiting tumor growth by different mechanisms in a variety of cancers.This paper reviews the research progress of the mechanism of the role of NDRG2 in malignant tumors.
