摘要
本文依托于某轨道车辆吸能元件碰撞验证试验开展了乘员二次碰撞测试,研究了局部约束系统防护下司机关键部位在轨道车辆碰撞过程中所受到的损伤。在碰撞测试系统中增加了司机室座椅,并对布置于司机座椅的碰撞假人进行了观测,采集并分析了其头、颈、胸三个部位的加速度及冲击力值等动态响应数据,记录了碰撞假人在撞击过程中身体姿态变化。试验结果表明在局部约束系统防护下轨道车辆司机得到了有效的保护,关键部位的损伤指标均满足标准要求。
Afer secondary impact test for the ocupants was conducted during the impact verifieation test of a rail vehiele energy absorbing element,this paper studied the injury of the driver under the protection of restraint sys-tem.In order to study the injury suffered by the driver in the impact process,the seat of driver was added to the dynamie sled system,and the collision dummy arranged in the driver s seat was observed,and the acceleration and impact force of key body parts were acquired and analyzed and the body posture changes of the collision dummy during the impact was recorded.The test results show that the rail vehicle driver is effectively protected under the Restraint system.
