轨道车辆防火安全执行标准现状与分析

Review of the active fire protection standards for railway vechile

通过对比分析目前执行的轨道车辆防火安全标准EN 45545、NFPA 130、BS 6853、DIN 5510、UIC 564-2对于轨道车辆非金属材料与部件防火要求、结构耐火要求以及车辆防火设计要求,阐述各标准应用范围和异同点,为广大车辆设计人员提供指导,为车辆采购方选择防火标准提供参考依据。

Through comparison analysis of the requirements for fre behavior of materials and components,fire resistance requirements for fire barriers and fre safety design requirements speeified in EN 45545,NFPA 130,BS 6853,DIN 5510 and UIC 564-2,this paper discuses the scope of application and diferences between these standards and provides guidance for railway vehicles designer and and reference basis for vehicle buyer to select the fire proteetion rating.
