转炉低铁耗冶炼工艺优化

摘要 为解决转炉低铁耗冶炼模式下,由于热量收支失衡而出现的终点温度偏低、开吹点火不着、废钢粘炉壁不化等问题,泉州闽光对转炉低铁耗冶炼过程中各个限制环节进行了分析和优化。通过提高入炉铁水温度、降低出钢温度、优化造渣制度,达到了低铁耗冶炼下新的热平衡;通过优化单渣留渣操作、轻薄料废钢打包、开吹供氧制度等,解决了开吹点火不着的问题;通过生产模式优化、加强炉况维护、提高设备点巡检,降低了故障率,转炉作业率由89%提高到94%,实现了低铁耗工艺下的铁钢平衡,进而真正实现了低铁耗生产。 In order to solve the problems of low-end temperature,non-ignition of blowing and non-adhesion of scrap steel stick to the furnace wall due to the imbalance of heat budget under the converter low iron consumption smelting mode,Quanzhou Minguang analyzed and optimized each limiting link in the converter low iron consumption smelting process.By increasing the molten iron temperature,reducing the tapping temperature and optimizing the slag making system,a new heat balance under low iron consumption smelting is achieved;by optimizing the operation of single slag retention,packing of light and thin scrap and oxygen supply system,the problem of ignition failure during blowing is solved;by optimizing production mode,strengthening furnace condition maintenance and improving equipment inspection,the failure rate is reduced,the converter operation rate is increased from 89%to 94%,the iron and steel balance under low iron consumption process is realized,and then the low iron consumption production is truly realized.
