摘要
因冷轧数学模型多为单机架模型,没有将多个机架串联起来,在研究前部机架弯辊力与后部机架出口带钢板形的关系时存在弊端。结合河钢唐钢1740 mm冷连轧机组的实际工况条件,基于影响函数法建立了S4、S5机架串联的冷连轧过程板形计算模型,并利用该模型研究了前部机架弯辊与后部机架出口带钢板形的关系。结果表明,增加后部机架弯辊力、降低前部机架弯辊力有助于缓解边浪缺陷,降低后部机架弯辊力、增加前部机架弯辊力有助于缓解中浪缺陷。后部机架入口、出口带钢断面形状的失配是造成板形缺陷的主要原因。基于模拟计算结果制定了相应的弯辊调整策略,使高强钢板形质量得到了明显提升。
The most mathematical models of cold rolling are single stand models and multiple stands are not connected in series,so there are disadvantages in studying the relationship between the roll bending force of the front stand and the strip shape at the outlet of the rear stand.According to the actual working conditions of 1740 mm tandem cold rolling mill in HBIS Tangsteel,a shape calculation model of tandem cold rolling process with two S4 and S5 stands is established based on the influence function method.And the relationship between the bending roll of the front stand and the strip shape at the outlet of the rear stand is studied by using this model.The results show that it's helpful to alleviate the edge wave defect through increasing the roll bending force of the rear frame and reducing the roll bending force of the front frame;while it's helpful to alleviate the medium wave defect through reducing the roll bending force of the rear frame and increasing the roll bending force of the front frame.The mismatch of strip steel section shape at the inlet and outlet of the rear frame is the main cause of strip shape defects.Based on the simulation results,the corresponding roll bending adjustment strategy is formulated,which significantly improves the shape quality of high-strength steel plate.
