原发性干燥综合征合并间质性肺疾病的生物标志物进展

Progress of biomarkers in primary Sjogren′s syndrome complicated with interstitial lung disease

原发性干燥综合征是一种自身免疫系统疾病,可累及全身多个系统,其中以肺受累最为常见。在自身免疫性疾病导致的肺损伤中,间质性肺疾病是最常见的类型,严重影响患者生活质量及预后,因此早期筛查、早期诊断、早期干预及病情监测显得尤为重要。高分辨率CT是诊断间质性肺疾病的重要手段,但因放射线对人体的影响,在早期筛查、诊断及病情随访中受到一定限制。肺功能作为病情评估的重要指标,其受检测方法、难以统一的标准化及患者配合程度等因素的影响而应用受限。生物标志物作为客观指标,能够动态反映人体生理、病理的细微变化,受到越来越多的关注。本文结合文献综合分析生物标志物在原发性干燥综合征合并间质性肺疾病患者诊断、治疗及病情监测中的临床意义。

Primary Sjogren′s syndrome is an autoimmune disease,which can involve many systems of the whole body,but among which lung involvement is the most common.Interstitial lung disease is the most common type of lung injury,and seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis of patients.Therefore,early screening,diagnosis,intervention,and disease monitoring are particularly important.High resolution computed tomography is an important method for the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease.However,due to the influence of radiation on human body,it is limited in early screening,diagnosis and follow-up.As an important index of disease evaluation,the application of pulmonary function is limited because of the factors such as detection method,which are difficult to unify standardization and the degree of cooperation of patients.As an objective indexes,biomarkers can dynamically reflect the subtle changes of human physiology and pathology,and have attracted more attention.This paper comprehensively analyzes the clinical significance of biomarkers in the diagnosis,treatment and monitoring of primary Sjogren′s syndrome complicated with interstitial lung disease.
