The Changes of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Young Lady Poetry Society in the Qing Dynasty

明清以降,女性文学创作如春潮涌动,焕发出勃勃生机。尤其是江浙闺秀,她们率先效仿文士结社吟诗,由闺中而至社会,又由江南而至全国,引领闺秀诗社经历了家族式的萌芽发展、酬酢式的繁荣壮大,最终臻至开放式成熟圆满的完整历程,实现了闺秀诗社化蛹成蝶后的绚烂多姿。

Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties,female literary creation has been surging like a spring tide,glowing with vitality.Especially the Jiangsu and Zhejiang young ladies,they took the lead in imitating the literati association to recite poetry,from the boudoir to the society,and from the south of the Yangtze River to the whole country.They led the young ladies’poetry society to experience the family style budding development,diplomatic prosperity and growth,and finally reached the complete process of open maturity and perfection,realizing the gorgeous beauty of the young ladies’poetry society after turning into a butterfly.
