时速200km及以上有砟轨道精调整理施工技术研究

摘要 以CPⅢ轨道控制网为依托,利用新型贯导仪测量系统进行测量和数据分析,为大型机养设备精调作业提供及时有效的数据支持。通过对08-32捣固车数据输入和作业控制系统进行升级改造,使其数据输入自动化,作业精度满足高速有砟轨道精调作业要求。通过上述先进技术应用总结出一整套适合高速铁路有砟轨道精调工艺方法,使新建有砟轨道能够快速达到高平顺性、高稳定性状态。达到保证施工质量,减少现场精调作业遍数及对扣件的扰动,提高施工效率,确保施工安全的目的。 Based on the CPⅢTrack Control Network,using the new penetration meter meas-urement system to conducts measurement and data analysis can provide timely and effective data support for the precision adjustment of large-scale mechanical maintenance equipment.Through upgrading and modification of the 08-32 tamping vehicle data input and operation control system,the data input can be automated and the oper-ation precision can meet the requirements for precision adjustment of high-speed ballasted track.By the applica-tion of the above advanced techniques,this paper works out a set of precision adjustment processes suitable for high-speed railway ballasted track that enables the new ballasted track to quickly achieve high smoothness and high stability.In this way,the construction quality is assured,on-site operations of precision adjustment and the disturbance to fasteners are reduced,the construction efficiency is improved and and the construction safety is ensured.the CPⅢTrack Control Network,using the new penetration meter measurement system to conducts measurement and data analysis can provide timely and effective data support for the precision adjustment of large-scale mechanical maintenance equipment.Through upgrading and modification of the 08-32 tamping vehicle data input and operation control system,the data input can be automated and the operation precision can meet the re-quirements for precision adjustment of high-speed ballasted track.By the application of the above advanced tech-niques,this paper works out a set of precision adjustment processes suitable for high-speed railway ballasted track that enables the new ballasted track to quickly achieve high smoothness and high stability.In this way,the construction quality is assured,on-site operations of precision adjustment and the disturbance to fasteners are re-duced,the construction efficiency is improved and and the construction safety is ensured.
