运梁过程中铁路道岔梁有效宽度简化分析与试验验证

摘要 在使用运架桥一体机运梁通过铁路道岔梁时,多室箱梁的剪力滞效应明显。在进行结构验算时,需要充分考虑多室箱梁的有效宽度问题。本文利用横框杆系计算模型,提出了道岔梁的有效宽度的简化分析方法。以赣深铁路单向三室变截面连续梁为例,利用本文简化方法与实体有限元方法,分别计算了运梁过程中的道岔梁有效宽度。同时,开展了现场荷载试验,获得了运梁过程中,多室道岔梁的纵向正应力的横向分布。计算与实验结果的对比验证了简化方法的有效性。 To effective width the effective width of the bridge erecting machine on the turnout beam,the effective distribution width of a single box and three-chamber variable cross-section continuous beam on the Ganshen Rail-way was researched.Then,a finite element model commonly used in the analysis of the effective width of the bridge was established to obtain the stress distribution in the longitudinal and transverse bridge directions.Final-ly,the actual measurement of the bridge crane's traffic volume is compared with the calculation results of the ex-isting model.The results show that the calculation results of this method are consistent with the results of the bridge load test,and it is an accurate and fast calculation method.
