摘要
为进一步优化调整运输结构,打造各种运输方式优势互补、有机融合、协调发展、形成合力的现代化综合交通体系,在分析评价相关政策执行情况的基础上,针对存在的主要问题,研究提出要强化基础设施一体化高效联通,推动先进适用技术装备的标准化、产业化进程,促进信息技术广泛应用和信息资源互联共享,加大政策配套和资金支持,以及推进货运市场治理现代化等对策建议。
In order to further optimize the transportation structure and build a modernized comprehensive trans-portation system of various means of transportation that are complementary,integrated,coordinated and syner-gized,this paper,based on analysis and evaluation of the implementation of relevant policies and with respect to the main existing problems,presents the suggestions on countermeasures,including enhancing the integration and efficient connectivity of infrastructure;advancing the standardization and industrialization of state-of-the-art applicable technical equipment;promoting the extensive application of information technologies and the intercon-nection and sharing of information resources;strengthening policy support and financial support;and pushing for-ward the governance modernization of freight market.
