摘要
在我国的山区农村,供水工程普遍存在用水点分散、地形高差大、水量保障率低等饮水安全问题,导致农村饮水工程收费困难,且无人管理。文章对云南省施甸县酒房乡农村供水工程中所采用马鞍形管道配水技术进行了介绍。该技术较好地解决了山区因地形高差大形成的供水管网“低处供水保障率高、高处供水困难”的技术瓶颈问题。该工程经过3年多运行,不但提高了水资源利用效率,而且取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Water supply projects generally have the following drinking water safety problems of scattered water points,large topographic elevation difference,low water quantity security rate,etc.in China mountainous and rural areas,thereby resulting in difficult fee collection and without management of rural drinking water projects.Saddle-shaped pipe water distribution technology used in rural water supply project of Jiufang Township,Shidian County,Yunnan Province is introduced in the paper.The technology is applied to solve the technical bottleneck problems of“high guarantee rate of water supply in low places and difficult water supply in high places”in mountainous areas well due to the large difference of topographic elevation.The project not only can improve the utilization efficiency of water resources,but also can obtain excellent social and economic benefits after the project is operated for more than three years.
