可吸收性生物敷料在大面积烧伤患者创面修复中的临床应用效果

Clinical effects of absorbable biological dressings on wound repair in patients with large area burns

目的探讨大面积烧伤患者创面修复中运用可吸收性生物敷料的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2020年3月武警江苏省总队医院收治的90例早期大面积烧伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用常规敷料进行创面修复,研究组采用可吸收性生物敷料进行创面修复。比较两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、植皮成活率、创面愈合时间、并发症发生率、临床疗效以及生活质量。结果创面修复7d后,研究组患者VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的植皮成活率明显高于对照组,创面愈合时间及并发症发生率明显低于对照组,临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量各维度得分差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后1个月,两组生活质量各维度得分均明显高于治疗前,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论大面积烧伤患者应用可吸收性生物敷料可缩短创面愈合时间,保证创面美观,降低并发症发生率,减轻疼痛,改善功能障碍,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To explore the appearance and functional effects of absorbable biological dressings in repairing wounds of patients with extensive burns.Method Ninety patients with early extensive burns who were admitted to the Armed Police Jiangsu Provincial Corps Hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dressings for wound repair,and the study group was treated with absorbable biological dressings for wound repair.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,skin graft survival rate,wound healing time,complication rate,clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result After 7 days of wound repair,the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The skin graft survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the wound healing time and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the clinical efficacy was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension of the quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);one month after treatment,the scores of all dimensions of the quality of life of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was effectively implemented(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of absorbable biological dressings in patients with extensive burns can shorten the wound healing time,ensure the appearance of the wound,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce pain,and improve dysfunction.It has a good clinical effect.
