摘要
新时代我国基础教育高质量课程建设,是我国基础教育迈向高质量发展新历史阶段的重要内容。高质量课程建设包括两部分的内容:一是建设高质量课程;二是课程高质量实施。前者包含课程目标指向"高一致性"、课程内容指向"高联结性"、课程结构指向"高具身性"以及课程评价指向"高精准性",后者包括有效执行多元课程治理、全力搭建课程信息化平台以及扎实推进高水平教师队伍建设。高质量课程建设直接影响着我国基础教育质量的发展,需要坚守三方面原则:一是坚持立德树人,服务国家战略需求;二是坚持人民满意,助力学生幸福成长;三是坚持守正创新,传递中国课程话语。
The construction of high-quality curriculum for basic education in China in the new era is an important part of China’s basic education moving towards a new historical stage of high-quality development.The construction of high-quality curriculum consists of two parts:the first is the construction of high-quality curriculum;the second is the implementation of high-quality curriculum.The former includes four key aspects,namely,"high consistency"of curriculum goals,"high connection"of curriculum content,"high personalization"of curriculum structure,and"high precision"of curriculum evaluation.The latter includes the effective implementation of multiple curriculum governance,the establishment of a curriculum information platform,and the solid promotion of high-level teacher team building.The construction of high quality curriculum directly affects the development of basic education quality in China,so we need to adhere to three principles:first,insist on fostering virtue through education and serving national strategic needs;second,insist on meeting people’s needs and helping students grow up happily;third,insist on keeping inheritance and innovation and conveying Chinese curriculum propositions.
