不同除草方式对柑橘叶片矿质营养含量及果实品质的影响

Effects of Different Weeding Methods on Leaf Contents of Mineral Nutrients and Fruit Quality of Citrus

摘要 以沃柑为试验材料,研究不同除草方式对柑橘叶片矿质营养及果实品质的影响,以期为提高柑橘品质以及橘园绿色生态发展提供理论依据。结果表明:杂草刈割的柑橘叶片氮素含量显著高于除草剂(CK);不同除草方式对柑橘叶片磷、钾含量影响不显著;不同除草方式对叶片中、微量元素的影响表现为杂草刈割显著提高了叶片钙含量,防草布显著降低了叶片铁含量,但是防草布和杂草刈割对叶片镁、锰、铜和锌含量的影响不显著;与除草剂(CK)相比,不同除草方式有提高果实总糖含量、可食率、糖酸比和降低总酸含量的趋势,并显著提高果实的VC含量。总之,杂草刈割提高了叶片氮和钙含量,也提高柑橘果实的内在品质。 In order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of citrus and the green ecological development of citrus orchard,the effects of different weeding methods on the leaf contents of mineral nutrients and fruit quality of Ohra mandarin were analyzed.The result showed that the leaf nitrogen content of Ohra mandarin treated with weed-mowing is significantly higher than that with the herbicide(CK).Different weeding methods have no significant effect on the leaf contents of phosphorus and potassium in Ohra mandarin.The effects of different weeding methods on the leaf contents of meso and trace elements are as follows.Weed-mowing has significantly increased the content of the leaf Ca content,and the weed cloth has significantly decreased the leaf content of Fe,but the weed-mowing and the weed cloth have no significant effects on the leaf contents of Mg,Mn,Cu and Zn.Compared with the herbicide(CK),different weeding methods tended to increase the content of total sugars,edible percentage,sugar/acid ratio of fruits and to decrease the leaf content of total acids.In conclusion,weedmowing can improve the leaf contents of nitrogen and calcium as well as the intrinsic fruit quality of Ohra mandarin.
