自贸港建设背景下海南种业发展现状及实现路径

Research on the Development Path of Seed Industry Under the Construction of Free Trade Port

"十二五"以来,海南省积极响应国家发展战略,面对种业"卡脖子"问题,出台和制定了现代种业发展相关政策和规划,种业发展取得一定的成效。在总结前期取得成果的基础上,分析了目前海南种业发展存在的问题,并从构建种业体系、培育龙头企业、规范种业秩序、储备人才、加大对外开放等方面提出加快海南省种业发展的路径。

Since the"Twelfth Five-Year Plan"period,Hainan Province has actively responded to the national development strategy.Faced with the"stuck neck"problem of the seed industry,it has promulgated and formulated relevant policies and plans for the seed industry,and achieved certain results.This article analyzed the current problems in the development of Hainan’s seed industry on the basis of results achieved in the previous period,and some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of building seed industry system,cultivating leading enterprises,standardizing the order of the seed industry,reserving talents and opening wider to the outside world.
