摘要
采用2种含硫有机化合物,通过官能化引发剂法合成了2种具有不同结构的巯基官能化引发剂,继而引发丁二烯和苯乙烯活性聚合制备了巯基官能化溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)。结果表明,这2种巯基官能化引发剂均具有较高的引发效率、聚合转化率和活性稳定性;预先制备与原位制备的引发剂均可引发聚合反应,且产物结构相差不大;当有机硫化物与正丁基锂的摩尔比为1.05/1.00时,聚合物巯基官能化程度较高;采用不同溶剂合成的巯基官能化引发剂聚合调控能力相当。此外,由2-甲基-1,3-二噻烷制得的硫基官能化SSBR的力学性能、耐磨性能和结合胶含量优于由苄基甲基硫醚制备的巯基官能化SSBR。
The introduction of functionalized groups into the end of macromolecular chains of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)employing the functionalized initiator by reactive anionic polymerization could strengthen the affinity between rubber matrix and filler particles,thus reducing the self-aggregation effect of carbon black,silica and other fillers in the rubber and improving the dispersion of the filler in rubber,which could decrease the rolling resistance and hysteretic loss of tires,and further improve the comprehensive performance of rubber.
