厚大中开面多级离心泵缩尺控制及铸造工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过三维软件对厚大中开面多级泵进行建模,设计了多区域顺序凝固工艺方案,并对铸造收缩率进行了分析,确定了4A双相不锈钢多级泵的缩尺设计。借助数值仿真技术对铸件充型凝固过程进行了全流程模拟,通过对两种工艺方案结果的对比,分析了铸造缺陷及其产生的位置,选择了最佳工艺方案即中开面向下底注方式,保证了钢液平稳和完整的充型。结果表明,采用优化后的铸造工艺方案进行了样件试制,质量达到设计要求,满足使用要求。 The multi-stage pump with thick and middle-separated surface was modeled by 3D software,and the multi-zone sequential solidification process was designed.The casting shrinkage rate was analyzed,and the scale design of 4A duplex-phase stainless steel multi-stage pump was determined.With the help of numerical simulation technology,the whole process of casting filling and solidification process was simulated.By comparing the results of two kinds of technological schemes,the casting defects and their locations were analyzed,and the best technological scheme was selected,i.e.,the middle opening facing bottom injection,which ensured the smooth and complete filling of molten steel.The results show that the optimized casting process is adopted to trial-produce the sample,and the quality meets the design requirements and the use requirements,which provides a reference for the production of the same type of casting.
