基于产教融合和绿色环保的现代精铸技术发展

摘要 依托浙江省铸造行业协会支持和产教融合基地建设,推动数值模拟、3D打印等新技术在精铸领域的应用,以有效缩短产品开发周期、提高工艺可靠性。在企业发展过程中同时注重节能减排、绿色环保的理念,克服传统精密铸造的缺点。并对人工智能及信息化管理技术在精铸领域的应用前景作了展望。 Relying on the support of Zhejiang Casting Industry Association and the construction of the industry-education integration base,we promote the application of numerical simulation,3D printing and other new technologies in the field of investment casting,effectively shorten the product development cycle and improve process reliability.In the process of enterprise development,we also pay attention to the concept of energy saving,emission reduction and green environmental protection to overcome the shortcomings of traditional precision casting.The application prospect of artificial intelligence and information management technology in the field of investment casting is also prospected.
