热动工序废水串级利用现状分析与改进

摘要 超滤装置冲洗水、反渗透装置冲洗水、离子交换器反洗水和离子交换器再生逆洗水没有得到回收利用,造成资源浪费,通过水质数据分析,回收工序废水至循环水系统循环利用,同时采用弱酸阳离子和钠离子交换器处理水作为循环冷却水的补充水,改善循环水水质,可有效地提高循环冷却水的浓缩倍率,实现凝汽器铜管阻垢防腐和节水减排目的。 The flushing water of ultrafiltration unit,the flushing water of reverse osmosis unit,the back-washing water of ion exchanger and the regenerated backwashing water of ion exchanger were not recycled,resulting in a waste of resources.Now,they are recycled to the circulating water system for recycling through water quality data analysis.At the same time,the water treated by weak acid cation and sodium ion exchanger is used as the make-up water of circulating cooling water to improve the quality of circulating water,and thus it can effectively improve the concentration ratio of circulating cooling water and realize the purpose of scale inhibition,corrosion prevention,water saving and emission reduction of condenser copper pipe.
