银前NK40/56汽轮机主油泵提压技术研究

摘要 银前NK40/56汽轮机主油泵设计与机组不匹配,主油泵出口压力流量较低,无法实现主辅油果自动切换,油压波动易造成机组跳车,严重影响机组安全运行。通过技术攻关,优化主油泵叶轮尺寸设计、叶轮结构、进口流态,实施主油泵升级改造,提升主油泵性能,确保机组安全稳定高效运行。 The design of the main oil pump of Yinqian NK40/56 steam turbine did not match the unit,the outlet pressure and flow of the main oil pump was low,and the automatic switching of the main and auxiliary oil pumps couldn't be realized,the oil pressure fluctuation was easy to cause the trip of unit,seriously affecting the safe operation of the unit.Through technical breakthrough,optimizing the impeller size design,impeller structure and inlet flow pattern of the main oil pump,implementing the upgrading and transformation of the main oil pump,to improve the performance of the main oil pump,the ssife,the stable and efficient operation of the unit has been ensured.
