综合管廊与地下空间一体化建筑设计模式研究 被引量:10

摘要 在城市高度集约化发展的背景下,城市地下空间得到快速发展,但综合管廊与其他类型地下空间的分离导致城市发展遭遇诸多问题。为了实现城市地下空间的集约高效发展,必须将综合管廊纳入城市地下空间实现一体化设计和建设。通过案例研究和资料总结,以建筑设计的视角,研究综合管廊与不同功能地下空间的一体化设计模式,包括综合管廊+地下车道、综合管廊+地下商业+地下停车、综合管廊+地铁+地下商业+地下停车、综合管廊+地铁+地下商业+地下停车+地下车道4种,探讨其适用情况及优缺点,以及与点状、线状、围合式、商业街式4种类型建筑综合体地下空间的3D接口模型。该论文的研究在原有"建筑-城市一体化、建筑-交通一体化"基础上提出了建筑-城市市政一体化理论,在建筑设计方法上提出了管廊与城市地下空间接口的多种模式,对城市空间立体集约化发展具有重要意义。 Under the background of the intensive development of the city,the urban underground space has developed rapidly.However,the separation of the integrated pipe gallery from other types of underground space has caused many problems in urban development.In order to achieve intensive and efficient development of urban underground space,it is necessary to integrate the integrated pipe gallery into urban underground space to achieve integrated design and construction.Through case studies and data summarization,from the perspective of architectural design,the integrated design pattern of integrated pipe gallery and different functional underground spaces under the open cut method is studied,including four types:integrated pipe gallery+underground driveway,integrated pipe gallery+underground commercial+underground parking,integrated pipe gallery+subway+underground commercial+underground parking,integrated pipe gallery+subway+underground commercial+underground parking+underground driveway,to explore its application,advantages and disadvantages,and a 3 D interface model with the underground space of four types of building complexes(point,line,enclosure,and commercial street).The research of this thesis puts forward the theory of architecture-city municipal integration based on the original"architecture-city integration,architecture-transport integration".In the design method,it puts forward various modes of interface between the corridor and the urban underground space.The development of three-dimensional intensive urban space is of great significance.
