幼儿教师情绪劳动的困境与优化策略--以厦门市D幼儿园为例 被引量:2

摘要 幼儿教师作为高情绪劳动者,在教育实践中需要按照自身工作要求的规则来管理、调控和表达自身情绪。幼儿教师情绪劳动不仅影响着幼儿教师个体身心健康,还影响其工作表现,进而影响教育质量及幼儿的发展。文章作者基于案例调查发现,幼儿园管理者普遍对教师情绪劳动缺乏重视,并且教师个体对自身的情绪劳动也缺乏正确的认知。优化幼儿教师情绪劳动的关键在于对教师情绪劳动价值引起重视,不断完善幼儿园管理体制,提高社会对教师的专业认同,从而促使教师在教育实践中有效调节情绪。
