Analysis of Storage Characteristics of Different Peach Cultivars

摘要 以不同品种桃果实为试材,通过测定果实I_(AD)值、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量,研究了采后贮藏过程中果实生理指标变化规律,评估了不同品种桃的耐贮性,以期为果实适时采收提供参考依据。结果表明:不同品种的耐贮性差异较大,在贮藏过程中可溶性固形物含量和可滴定酸含量没有表现出统一规律,各供试品种果实I_(AD)值和硬度均呈下降趋势。综合各项指标,‘中油18号’耐贮性最好。在桃果实采后贮藏过程中,果实I_(AD)值和硬度变化呈正相关关系,相关系数为0.886~0.972。 The fruits of different peach cultivars were used as the research object.The changes of fruit physiological indexes during postharvest storage were studied by measuring I_(AD) value,fruit firmness,soluble solids content and Titratable acid content,and the storage resistance of different peach cultivars was evaluated,in order to provide a reference basis for timely fruit harvesting.The results showed that there were great differences in storage resistance among different cultivars.The soluble solids content and Titratable acid content did not show a unified law during storage.The I_(AD) value and firmness of fruits of all tested cultivars showed a downward trend.According to various indexes,‘Zhongyou 18’had the best storage resistance.During postharvest storage of peach fruit,there was a positive correlation between I_(AD) value and firmness,and the correlation coefficient was 0.886-0.972.
