贵州省刺梨产业高质量发展问题及对策研究

Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of High Quality Development of Rosa roxburghii Tratt Industry in Guizhou Province

该研究总结了贵州省刺梨产业发展现状特征,剖析了贵州省刺梨产业现阶段发展所存在的短板,探索了贵州省刺梨产业高质量发展的实现路径,对实现农民增收和现代山地农业提质增效、巩固脱贫攻坚战略行动伟大成果、完成农村产业革命和乡村振兴战略行动历史使命具有重要的意义。研究发现,贵州省拥有较好的刺梨产业发展资源禀赋,产业规模不断扩大,种植加工技术体系、刺梨产品体系和市场营销推广体系初步形成,刺梨产业政策体系渐趋完善。在贵州省刺梨产业发展过程中,标准化种植难,采收和储存加工等环节存在短板,产业价值链较短,产业规模效应和集群效应不明显,刺梨产品研发存在问题,缺乏龙头企业带动引领,营销建设任重道远。针对上述问题提出相应的对策建议,走出具有贵州省特色的刺梨产业高质量发展之路,把刺梨产业打造成为贵州省富民产业和特色优势产业。

The development present situation of Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry in Guizhou was studied,the current development and the high quality development implementation path of Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry was explored,to realize the increasing of the peasants′income and the modern mountain agricultural efficiency,strengthen the government great achievements of the crucial poverty strategic action,and rural industry revolution and strategy action historical mission of rural revitalization,all of these have vital significance.The research showed that Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry in Guizhou has good resource endowment,the industrial scale was expanding.Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry in Guizhou,the planting and processing technology system,the product system and the marketing and promotion system were initially formed,and the industrial policy system was gradually improving.In the development process of Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry in Guizhou,there were difficulties in standardized planting,shortcomings in the links such as harvesting,storage and processing,short industrial value chain,lack of obvious industrial scale effect and cluster effect,problems in product research and development of Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry in Guizhou,lack of leading enterprises leading,it had a long way to go for marketing construction.In view of the above problems,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,and the Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry in Guizhou characteristics was developed on thehigh quality road,so as to build the Rosa roxburghii Tratt industry into rich people and characteristic advantage industry in Guizhou Province.
