摘要
通过不同掺量的复合精炼渣取代水泥配制混凝土,研究其对混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性的影响规律,选择出最优掺量,实现复合优势。试验结果表明,复合精炼渣对混凝土工作性影响较大,随着复合精炼渣掺量的增加,坍落度增加,而粘聚性下降;立方体和轴心抗压强度规律表现一致,呈现先增大而后降低的规律,其中取代率为5%~10%的混凝土强度最高;复合精炼渣对混凝土碳化性能以及抗冻性能影响不大,但复合精炼渣掺量宜控制在10%以内,混凝土有较好的耐久性。
By substituting cement for composite refining slag to prepare concrete,the influence of different refining slag on concrete workability,mechanical properties and durability was studied,and the optimal refining slag were selected to realize composite advantages.The test results show that the composite refining slag has a great influence on the workability of concrete.With the increase of the composite refining slag content,the slump increases and the cohesion decreases.The compressive strength of cube and axis is consistent,increasing first and then decreasing.Concrete with substitution rate of about 5%has the highest compressive strength.Composite refining slag have little effect on carbonation and frost resistance of concrete,but the concrete has better durability with content of composite refining slag controlled within 10%.
