摘要
地铁盾构是应用盾构机在地下暗挖隧洞,具有综合性强、工程量大、施工难度高等施工特点。传统的钢套管密闭始发过站技术,主要依靠盾构机模拟掘进环境,使其缓慢通过地铁车站,通常存在设备安装空间不足、顶升风险高、过站效率低、精度低等问题。通过对盾构机和密闭钢套管整体过站技术、施工工艺研究,对钢套管、平移设备进行改造,在钢套管内设置自动缩回的导向槽、小坦克和顶升装置进行整合,将原来的"拖动过站"方式调整为"步履式过站"方式。此种盾构机过站方式能解决因作业现场吊装条件不足、设备安装空间不足问题,提高过站精度和安全度。
Metro shield is the application of shield machine in underground tunnel excavation,has the characteristics of strong comprehensive,large amount of construction,high construction difficulty.The traditional steel casing closed initial and station passing technology mainly relies on the shield machine to simulate the tunneling environment and make it pass slowly through the subway station,which usually has problems such as insufficient equipment installation space,high jacking risk,low efficiency and low accuracy.Through the research of shield machine and sealed steel casing overall station passing technology and construction technology,the steel casing and translation equipment are reformed,and the guide groove,small tank and jacking device are set up in the steel casing tube to integrate,and the original"dragging station passing"mode is adjusted to"walking station passing"mode.This method can solve the problems of insufficient hoisting conditions and equipment installation space in the operation site,and improve the accuracy and safety of the overstation.
