摘要
对某会堂中心钢结构吊装施工方案进行研究,给出了钢结构吊装的整体部署,提出了钢柱、钢桁架的吊装方法。重点研究了钢桁架的分段设计考虑以及临时钢支撑的布置,并最终给出了吊装方案。为确保吊车行走及站位吊装的安全,对吊点及行车路线区域的地下室底板采取了加固措施。本工程可供相关类似项目参考。
The hoisting construction scheme of steel structure in a hall center is studied,the overall arrangement of steel structure hoisting is provided,and the hoisting methods of steel column and steel truss are put forward.The sectional design consideration of steel truss and the layout of combined temporary support are studied,and the hoisting scheme is finally presented.In order to ensure the safety of crane walking and station hoisting,reinforcement measures are taken for the basement floor in the lifting point and driving route area.The project can be used as a reference for relevant similar projects.
