Application and optimization strategy of low protein diet in pig production

依据理想氨基酸模型平衡必需氨基酸的低蛋白质日粮在猪日粮应用中已取得了显著成效,但目前有关低蛋白质日粮对猪生长性能影响的研究结果并不一致,并且主要影响因素也有待进一步阐述。本文综述了低蛋白质日粮在猪生产中应用对其生产性能、氮排放、肠道健康以及胴体性状和肉质的影响,并通过分析提出了优化低蛋白质日粮的策略,以期为今后低蛋白质日粮的深入研究与应用提供参考。

Application of low-protein diets based on the ideal amino acid model has produced remarkable results in the pig industry. However, the results of studies on the effects of low protein diet on pig growth performance are not consistent, and the main influencing factors require further elaboration. In this paper, the effects of low protein diet on pig production performance, nitrogen emission, intestinal health, carcass character and meat quality are reviewed, and the strategies for optimizing low protein diet are proposed, in order to provide reference for further research on and application of low protein diet in the future.
